Over my spring break, we went to my family's lakehouse and went to Colorado. Going to the lakehouse and seeing my whole family for easter was such a blessing; it was very nice having my siblings home from college to celebrate with us. Afterward, we left the lake we flew to Colorado; a good friend of mine drove my family and me to Heartsfield-Jackson, and we went. It was a good flight, but afterward, we had to dive about 4 hours to Steamboat. I get very motion sick, so I drove the whole way, and it was the most beautiful drive I've ever been on. Driving through the mountains, the snow was so gorgeous, and not long after we arrived, we got our ski rentals and rested for the rest of the evening. We snowboarded all day the next couple of days and had a blast. My break may not have been the most relaxing, but spending my senior spring break with my family was great.
